The intent of this network is to inform interested parties of impending pesticide use cancellations and to afford those parties the opportunity to affect decision made by the pesticide registrants in concert with EPA. To the best of our knowledge the uses mentioned below will not appear on any label registered by the EPA following their expected cancellation.
ICI Americas Inc. will voluntarily cancel the use of EPTC on SWEET POTATO, FLAX, BEETS(TABLE), and GREEN PEAS due to the cost of residue studies for reregistration. If IR-4 or another party wishes to supply the necessary data, they will support the reregistration of EPTC on these uses.

W. A. Cleary Corporation will voluntarily cancel the final use of PMA on ornamental TURF as of 11/17/92 due to the cost of reregistration. Most mercury products were cancelled in 1976. There will no longer be any agricultural use of this chemical following its cancellation. Existing stocks of this product may be sold and used until exhausted.
